Each league will have its own rules regarding rainouts. Typically if
a game is rained out at the end of 3 ½ innings, then the game is
considered completed and will not be replayed. If a game is rained
out before completion, make sure you know who is up to bat next
and what the count is if the batter was not able to complete his at
bat. Also verify the runners on base and their uniform numbers.
